She got interested in Faeries back when she discovered the works of Brian Froud, Arthur Rackham, Alan lee along with movies like Labyrinth, Legend and Dark Crystal. She dived into doing Faery art back in 1992 when she began working at a gallery which was called Festival of Art. She learned about many aspects of design, color, framing techniques, layout and various techniques. The Festival of Art is where she began to display her work and sold her first fairy painting, as he devoted more time to painting her selling increased into galleries, local shops and street fairs. In 1997 her site started and from there email requests came in hard and fast. In 2001 Hot topic stores contacted her about licensing articles for their stores, from here her career took off with new and unique product ideas flowing out.
